The single purpose of WhatsApp Bulk Sender by InGage is to provide workflow automation and productivity tools for WhatsApp Web (https://web.whatsapp.com/), enabling users to send messages to multiple contacts, import recipients via CSV/Excel, save message templates, and optionally synchronize lead status and opportunities with their connected CRM system (Saily CRM by Signimus).

2. Information We Collect & Handle

We collect and process only the minimum amount of data necessary to perform the extension's core functionality:

A. User Communications & Recipient Data

Phone Numbers: Numbers entered manually, imported via CSV/Excel, or selected from active WhatsApp Web chats.
Contact & Group Names: Display names extracted from your active WhatsApp Web session to facilitate recipient selection.
Message Content & Templates: Message text and templates composed and saved by you.
Delivery Logs: Local status reports (Sent/Failed, timestamp, recipient number) stored locally in your browser.

B. CRM Authentication (Optional)

Saily CRM Session Data: If you connect your Saily CRM account (https://sailysaas.signimus.com), the extension accesses session cookies and identifiers (email, userId, name) to authenticate CRM sync requests.
CRM Opportunity Data: Deal stage, budget, currency, follow-up dates, and notes submitted by the user through the extension's CRM panels.

C. Technical & Preference Data

User Preferences: Local configuration settings including screen freeze mode, dark mode, send delay timers, and UI accordion states.

3. How We Use Information

To automate message dispatch via your active WhatsApp Web tab upon your explicit command.
To save your message templates and UI preferences locally across browser sessions.
To sync contact records and create deal opportunities in your connected CRM when you click "Export to CRM".

We do NOT use your data for advertising, automated profiling, credit scoring, or any purpose unrelated to the extension's stated functionality.

No Third-Party Tracking or Ads: We do NOT integrate third-party analytics SDKs, advertising networks, tracking pixels, or data aggregators.
User-Initiated Sharing: Data is transferred to third-party endpoints ONLY upon explicit user interaction (e.g., clicking "Send Messages" or "Export to CRM").

5. Data Storage, Security, and Retention

A. Storage Location

All recipient lists, templates, user settings, and delivery logs are stored locally within your browser using Chrome's secure chrome.storage.local API. We do NOT maintain external servers or cloud databases that store your personal WhatsApp chat history.

B. Security & Encryption

All communication with external endpoints (WhatsApp Web, Saily CRM, and CRM Ingest API) is conducted exclusively over secure, industry-standard HTTPS / TLS encryption.

C. Data Retention & Deletion Policy

Retention Period: Local data is retained on your device only for as long as the extension remains installed, or until manually deleted.
User-Initiated Deletion: You can delete all locally stored data at any time by clicking the "✕ Clear" or "Clear Data" buttons inside the extension popup, or by clearing extension site data in Chrome Settings (chrome://settings/clearBrowserData).
Uninstallation: Uninstalling the extension immediately and permanently removes all locally stored data, cache, and preferences from your device.

6. Permissions and Justifications

WhatsApp Bulk Sender by InGage requires the following browser permissions to function:

Required to detect the active WhatsApp Web and CRM tabs, inject the automation engine, and coordinate window focus.

Required to inject the floating action panel and contact interaction helpers into WhatsApp Web.

Required to save message templates, user preferences, and message delivery reports locally.

Required to detect active Saily CRM login sessions for seamless authentication without re-prompting for credentials.

WhatsApp Bulk Sender by InGage is designed for business and professional productivity. We do not knowingly collect, process, or solicit data from children under the age of 13.

9. Google Chrome Web Store Limited Use Disclosure

WhatsApp Bulk Sender by InGage’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
